Please kindly follow the steps below to overcome the challenge.

 

Step 1 : Open internet Explore => tools => internet Options highlighted with red circle.




Step 2 : press delete



Step 3 : Mark/select the options marked/selected below and press delete. 



Step 4 : Wait until it shows below screenshot at the bottom then click apply and ok.



Step 5 : You can now log in and If you require any assistance please do not hesitate to contact support, if possible attach a full screenshot of the problem you are experiencing.
