OBJECTIVES
This will assist you to identify what is blocking you from signing off reports
Details
You have captured data and are satisfied that it's correct but when you click on the Sign Off button it does not respond or the dashboard does not show the reports as finalized or you might be receiving email reminders to finalize.
Below are things to take note of when signing off your reports.
1. Browser settings (allow tHS popups and add tHS to the trusted sites list in your web browser)
2. All noise emitting equipment data is captured (when no equipment data the report will not close)
3. All signatories have signed off (the report will close if the last level sign off has signed it.)
