Objective

Instructions
Login
1. Click on Reports
2. select on Doctor Consultation
3. Click on Daily Consultation
4. Select the Test site/facility.
5. pick a date range for the report you want to view.
6. Select drop down to click on the the option of your report choice.
7. Click on View the Report.
The below report will be shown.
