Objective

 

This article will assist you to resend client back for Audio retest, To be able to retest a client to get accurate results.

 

Instructions

 

In order to resend client back for a retest you should have OH consultation access.


1. Select the client from the walk list on the OH Consultation as seen below.


 

2. Select the current visit applicable in this case "Periodical".



3. Select the additional test as seen in the screenshot below and click on Audio Room


 


4. The "Resend for retest" should appear on this page, if the option does not appear as seen below, means the client did not test or the COF has already been issued.
