OBJECTIVE


After you followed all steps outlined in this article you should be able to capture and Delete Urine Test for clients.

 

ASSUMPTIONS


This article assumes that you are a registered user in the system and have an active user profile with a valid username, this module will allows you to perform Urine tests for client or employee for Visit medicals.

 

INSTRUCTIONS


Login and Click Additional Workplaces 

Select Urine Tests and select the Client from the list to capture.

Although vision testing appears as a module on its own it is fully integrated with the occupational health consultation. A client can only appear on the vision testing walk-in list if vision testing is one of the tests selected during occupational health check-in. Any results captured in the vision testing module will appear on the occupational health consultation side as part of the occupational health consultation.


Give detailed instructions on how to perform the tasks.



Today’s Work-lists. This function is used to view lists of all clients checked into the vision testing area for the current day and where the client is still waiting to be serviced.



Click the drop down to start a new test you want to perform and test once done click Save 



The Test performed will appear on the Performed Transaction Tests

You can also Delete the Test if it is unsatisfactory to perform a new Test again.


Once the test id one you can End the Visit for the client.




Post Visit Work-list. Clients should be transacted on immediately as they arrive in the vision testing area to enable other users to continue on the workflow for the client. In cases where immediate transaction was prevented due to system or network unavailability, this option enables the user to complete back-dated capturing. This option should also only be used in exceptional cases.


View Patient Detail. This option allows the user to access a client’s medical history without the need for the client to be present provided that the client previously consented for the health center to have access to his/her file.
