Objective


After you followed all steps outlined in this article you should be able to add Guardian on a client profile.

 

Assumptions

This article assumes that you are a registered user in the system and have an active user profile and you want to ADD or link Guardian under your profile. 

 

Instructions


Login and click Additional Workplace

Click Check in and Search Client/Employee with ID/Passport no and click Select. and Select NEXT to open next page,


Once the client profile is opened select on Guardian  and Click NEW button at the bottom of your screen. 



 

Enter the ID/passport no of the person you want to link with your profile and click search to select the client


 

Link Client to New Guardian and choose the correct relationship and click save 



The below screen will appear for you to click YES or NO.
