Objective
The objective of the article is to help users capture Hygiene sample on the system
After you followed all steps outlined in this article you should be able to use Samples (Dropdown and Treeview) formats when capturing.
Assumptions
This article assumes that you are a registered user in the system and have an active user profile with a valid username.
Instructions
Login on TheHealthSource and go to "Additional Workplaces"
1. Select the Hygiene Module of the mine you want to capture for.
2.To view the Hierachy in a Treeview or in a Dropdown format click on the respective tab.
3. Select the "Year From" and the "Year To" on the dropdown (see highlighted in yellow below)
4. Locate the section you would like to add samples for on the mine structure.
5. Click on Airborne Pollutant- Personal Sampling
6. Click on "Add new record"
The "Add new record" window will pop up, fill in the information and click on save.
7. If you would like to edit or update a sample you can use search bar filters to locate the sample based on Hierarchy, Instruments, Batch No, Date or Filter number.
