This article will assist users who have access to the system as registered Medical Professionals to be able to get Test baselines on the system.
Instructions
Login
Go to OH consultation
View electronic patients records
search client using ID/Passport no and select
Select the current visit and select additional tests
Once you have selected the additional tests, select the tests you require baselines for.
Go to view all
Click the report format and click Print.
The following report will appear .
