When checking in a client first check if the client has a booking for that day, otherwise the client will receive an sms informing them that they missed the booking.

 

If a patient made an incorrect booking see if you can edit the booking using the edit visit screen, if not you can cancel the booking from the appointments -> Single screen if no tests have been done and check the client in as a walk in.

  

If a client has missed the booking and comes the following day you can still check the patient in using the previous booking. I have included a guide below.
